Insider Insight: Client Stories

"To do what nobody else will do, in a way that nobody else can, in spite of all we go through; is to be a nurse."

-Rawsi Williams

Here at IANS, we deal with many kinds of immigration and recruitment cases, from assisting international healthcare professionals and students seeking work in the UK, to providing legal services such as sponsor licenses and allocations. Most recently, we've assisted three clients in their nursing needs. Here's some insider insights from IANS!

With their nursing homes located in the countryside (Surrey and Hampshire), Forest Care in the past has had a difficult time recruiting nurses to work in their care homes. To add to that, they had a sponsor license but had no allocations at all—until IANS stepped in! Through the help of IANS services, they received their allocations just 1 week after signing with IANS, and now we’ve provided them with 8 nurses!

TLC has previously signed with another agency, but the turnaround time for nurses would often last up to 12 months. Due to the needs of their care homes, TLC could not afford to wait up to a year for new nurses, so they sought the help of IANS. In just one week after they signed with IANS, we were able to recruit 14 nursing candidates for interview, and thanks to IANS’ 6 week guarantee, those nurses were able to start working in such a short amount of time. Now, they’re set to open a new care home, so they’re sure to be hiring again soon!

Abbey Healthcare operates and provides excellent care in 16 care homes throughout the UK. After having had their sponsor license revoked, IANS helped them get a new sponsor license, and the good news is they are still hiring! They’re looking for nurses and carers to work in their homes: Elmcroft Care Home in Tolleshunt Major, Essex, Barleycroft Care Home in Romford, Essex, and Applecroft Care Home in Dover, Kent.
