Enabling employers to make a successful hire

The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) reported that a poor hire at mid-manager level with a salary of £42,000 can end up costing a business £132,015. Making the right hire should be a collaborative work between employers, HR professionals and recruitment agencies.

IANS specialise in sourcing international students, graduates and skilled workers and our vetting process includes training these candidates to develop the right skills and traits around company values and vision.

The candidates in our database are international students or graduates who have come to us to use our immigration services to get the support they need to obtain work sponsorship.

We are not a candidate search platform

We do not charge any fees to provide you access to hundreds of CVs for your candidate search. Our international graduates include the following sectors: engineering; finance; IT; healthcare; business; marketing and law.

We are not your traditional recruitment agency

The candidates we have are vetted, trained around your company values and vision. We offer them to you as interns or apprentices for three months and you only hire them permanently when you find that they have the right skills and traits for your role. Your traditional agency will charge you from 15% - 20% introduction fee and invoice you on the date their candidates commence. Our model is unique and designed to reduce your recruitment cost. Our introduction fee is from 12% and you only pay us after 3 months of internship or apprenticeship and you are satisfied that the candidate is the right fit.
