THE PROBLEM

Ashdale Care Ltd is an established care provider in Wales, UK. They aim to provide a person centric approach when they deliver care.  

Yet even they were on the cusp of realising that demand for healthcare was outstripping what they could meet. Compounded by the shortage across UK for caregivers, things were reaching crisis point.
