Business Sales Executives - Sales Support - Remote Working - up to £30k pro rata

*** Incredible opportunity for a Business Support / Sales Support Executive to join a fast-growing company, initially on a 6 month contract ***

We are looking for a passionate, creative and entrepreneurial Business / Channel Support Coordinator or Sales Support Executive to join a truly exciting company in the midst of international expansion as their Business Support Executive.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation, where you will be intrinsic to their expansion plan and the overall success of the company in the UK.

The role of Business Support Executive would suit someone who has 2-3 years+ experience of channel sales support, internal sales coordination, account management or project management; you will be focused and driven, entrepreneurial and creative and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Note: This role will be remote although travel to the London office may be required.

This is initially a 6 month contract with a view to the role converting to a permanent position.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in law, international business, marketing or related qualifications 
  • Experience working in business development/sales within a recruitment, training and immigration firms in health, engineering and IT sectors
  • Evidence of generating business from new and existing clients in current and prior posts
  • Familiarity with softwares and systems such as Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Socialbee, Active Campaign, etc
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Critical thinking skills, analytical, organised
  • Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
  • Skills of persuasion but not pushy and aggressive but that of bringing value to prospects and existing clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate using different type of platforms
  • The ability to keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and draw insights from them
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create opportunities from mistakes, failures and the current economic climate due to pandemic
  • Social media expertise and ability to attract new connections, nurture them and convert to becoming paying customers
  • Analytical and results driven approach to your work (talk is cheap, results are gold)
Duties and Responsibilities


  • identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
  • seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone or on video conference platforms
  • understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
  • draw up client contracts - depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal
  • have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
  • train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
  • discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
  • liaise with the finance team, recruitment team and immigration and training as appropriate
  • seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
