DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVES £24,400 - 27,100 | 48 hours per week

We are on the hunt for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive, with 2-4 years experience in B2B marketing operations and digital marketing, to join a successful immigration, recruitment and training consultancy, based in North London.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives that support the company’s brand awareness and objectives.

We’re looking for a proactive self-starter with the digital know-how to support marketing activity and execution across email, organic and paid social media, paid search, events, collateral, content, one-off campaigns and more. The Digital Marketing Executive must be as comfortable creating and launching ads for LinkedIn as they are reporting on campaign success.

We are based in North London where you would normally be part of a busy marketing team. However, current guidelines mean all staff are working from home, therefore you would need an appropriate environment to work remotely until the situation changes.


Key responsibilities


  • Creating, re-purposing and finding relevant content to post on social media channels
  • Creating HubSpot and Word Press landing pages and general website maintenance
  • Creating HubSpot workflows; email sequences etc
  • Preparing marketing impact and update reports
  • CRM maintenance
  • Producing marketing emails for prospects and clients
  • Monitoring of brand mentions and potential opportunities across print, social, broadcast and online media
  • Liaising with agencies as required
  • Social media monitoring and managing queries
  • Plus more

Key skills


  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferable
  • Knowledge and understanding of Active Campaign
  • IT literate with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Teams
  • Webinar software knowledge (Zoom etc)
  • Impeccable communication skills and excellent copywriting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge and/or interest in analytics
  • Experience editing audio and video
  • Genuine interest in the rapidly changing media environment
  • Ability to work autonomously as needed
  • Ability to work remotely in an appropriate environment
