I heard IANS from one of my colleagues at work and during that time I was planning to pursue my nursing career abroad, but I did not have the confidence to apply since I lack clinical experience.
I decided to work with IANS because they do accept registered nurses even with big work gaps just like myself. They believe that my worth and potentials as a registered nurse are not diminished by my lack of work experience. Then, I read the testimonials on their facebook pages - very impressive but hard to believe. But I have no one else to turn as all agencies, employers already turned me away. When I joined connectIANS, I was able to see their vacancy posts and had the chance to be lined up for interviews. Unfortunately, I have not been successful due to other stronger and more experienced applicants. Then I approached IANS and asked if there's another way. They invited me to attend their webinar on 29/12/2020.. I have so many what if's in the idea of becoming a UKRN without a sponsor, but the presentation was an eye opener. I was put forward to another interview and rejected again. But this time IANS did something amazing and few days later I got the job offer. This is my chance..I've got it and very grateful for the opportunity. A great start for my 2021!
