Since it opened its doors in 2012, Purity Care has been delivering its promise to every household in Wiltshire... the promise to provide accessible care into every home. Their skilled and qualified team champions every mental and physical disability by creating a nurturing environment to all their service users, allowing them to create a therapeutic environment.
Purity Care’s mission is simple: to give people assurance and hope even if they have a disability and they are living alone. Their reliable team injects compassion and commitment into every home visit to show their service users that they can still live comfortably, safely, and independently regardless of their age or health status.
Built on pure intentions to make every house a home, Purity Care makes the most out of their service user’s daily experiences through reliable, round-the-clock client-centred care.
Purity Care creates a huge impact in their community by providing dependable health services to service users across all ages. But while their mission is in line with their core values, there is one big challenge they have been trying to overcome for years: workforce shortage.
Rhonda Jones, registered care manager of Purity Care, admits that this has limited their capability to accept care packages and give back to their community. Aware of the 7% deficiency of carers in social care, which equals to around 112,000 vacancies, Purity Care tried various recruitment platforms and strategies to stay in the game. They tried social media ads, colleges, apprenticeships, and other job boards, but recruitment remained their biggest problem. The gap continued to widen, sinking their productivity and profitability levels.
Exploring more options online, Rhonda stumbled upon IANS’ team members on social media. She was impressed by our quick and efficient response, and told us:
“What I loved about IANS is that I was talking to people who understand my needs and willing to help. There was a good representation of the company. I value service that value people. They were very reachable even after office hours, and no question was too silly to ask. They never dismissed me in any way to make me feel that my concerns were irrelevant. I felt like an individual. I felt I was valued. I chose to be with IANS because of the way they made me feel.”
From sponsor license application to recruitment to CoS processing, IANS gave Purity Care all the services they need under one roof. After attending our Open Day, Rhonda and her team were able to recruit 17 senior carers—all were eligible, employable, and marketable. Gone are the days when they tirelessly tested different recruitment platforms only to get zero results. Now, they can get the best team, increase their care capacity, and grow their profitability.
