Althea is a Filipino registered nurse who has very strong 9 years experiences in her home country. She always wanted to work in the UK from one main reason which she could provide a better quality of life for her family. Not only, enhance their life quality in their home country, but she also wanted to improve her profession skills here. She looked up online for recruitment agencies and found many of them. However, IANS is the first one who can give her the first interview after a few days. As she had taken IELTS and CBT which she could comply to the minimum requirements. As some of the agencies required UK nursing experiences which is really struggle for her. She had online interview with our sponsored employers, then all of the agreement and contract was assigned. Her visa as granted in a month after her first interview and managed to fly to the UK on 14^th of January 2020. She joined our OSCE training class for 2 weeks, before joining her nursing role in Wales.
