Amanda Diana

Amanda is a nurse from Zimbabwe with experience working in ICU. She wanted to become a nurse because she wanted to help people who weren't in a position to help themselves. She aspired to come to the UK to broaden her professional horizons. She experienced many challenges. It was difficult for her to research which path to the UK would be best for her, so she signed on with another agency that she felt weren't giving her the best service. She spoke to a friend who eventually referred her to IANS, and that's when her journey began! She interviewed with Carebase on 25 June 2019 and her CoS (Certificate of Sponsorship) was assigned immediately after on 03 July 2019. Her visa application was submitted on 10 July 2019 and she went in for her appointment on 18 July 2019. Finally, on 06 August 2019, she received a positive decision on her visa. She arrived in the UK on 22 August 2019. She is now looking forward to starting work with her new employer, and to growing professionally as a nurse once she starts a new life in the UK. All thanks to IANS, her dreams have come true!
