What IANS did: We provided Konchock with first-class OSCE training and support, enabling her to pass her OSCE exam after failing twice in the past. We helped our client find a Tier 2 Sponsor and helped her family with their dependent visa after they received a curtailment letter from the Home Office, requesting them to leave the UK within 60 days.

The outcome: Konchock successfully passed her OSCE exam, gaining professional UK registration as a nurse and began employment with Eastleigh Care Homes. Our client and her family were successfully granted a visa within the 60 days limit the Home Office had specified.
