On 04 October 2018, Olasupo had a Skype interview and was successful. It didn't take long for his Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) to be assigned and on 01 November, he attended his biometric appointment at the visa application centre in Abu Dhabi. Eleven days later, his visa was granted. This was the 6th week from his date of interview but he requested to travel to the UK the following week just to enjoy another week with his friends before moving to the UK. And so he arrived in the UK on 21 November and was taken to his accommodation where IANS team gave him a warm welcome.
