Rita wanted to enter the health field as a profession, so she chose to work in nursing. She finished her nursing training in 2016, and worked for 2-3 years in general practice in Ghana. After discovering the opportunity of working in the UK through a client, she decided to pursue working as an international nurse. She worked with another agency in Ghana which used Evidence Type 2 (proof of English proficiency) on her application instead of IELTS/OET. Rita felt that this agency was giving her very little attention, as there were too many nurses and the staff were not able to take care of all of them. This agency also asked them to pay for her own visa fees and air travel, a cost that Rita was not able to cover at the time. Through a referral, she found IANS and experienced a more professional service. Her concerns were quickly addressed, and their communication was excellent. She received guidance on following up her decision letter with the NMC. She took the IELTS, and even though she was 0.5 short on the minimum required score, IANS helped her appeal the decision and she didn't have to sit the IELTS again. Now, her hard work paid off and she is excited to finally be in London and begin her life here. All thanks to IANS!

IANS did it again!
