We are now extending these powerful tools and services into other sectors such as engineering, IT, arts and much more.

The role

We are currently looking for an organised and talented videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film and edit videos for our fun and energetic brand. Reporting into the Creative Lead you will be sitting in the creative team and will be working closely with our designers, copywriters and hand in hand with our video team

The purpose of this role is to develop engaging and high production value content and advertising videos used on our website and in paid and organic platforms that will elevate our brand, capture our audiences and ultimately drive traffic and conversions on our website.

Video and photography are significant parts of our advertising and content production mix which we are using to support the monthly box campaigns, key retail moments, loyalty schemes and tactical projects to drive awareness, acquisitions and brand affinity through online channels.

There is a mix of pre-recorded and live filming so flexibility in hours will be required in line with these events.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the creative team to discuss the marketing and social content briefs and develop the creative concept for each campaign or project.
• Brainstorm video ideas and storyboards with the video and content team to bring to life the creative concept.
• Film videos and live events on set or on location.
• Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.
• Plan the shoot with the team
• Edit footage in post-production.
• Direct other camera operators – if any - so that the needed footage is acquired
• Produce animated marketing ads using After Effects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in-house or agency side.
• BA in Cinematography, Photography, Broadcasting, Video editing or similar field preferable
• Previous experience with D2C brands within the lifestyle/food and drink industry
• Proven track of high production value advertising and content videos.
• Very good understanding of video performance metrics
• Curious with a flair for creative excellence and attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy, must be proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically Premier pro and After Effects
• Proficiency with editing and camera equipment. Familiarity with Sony camera equipment is a plus.
• Flexible working hours, occasionally a shoot can take place after working hours
• Able and willing to travel to other venues (than the office) for shooting as required
• A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible and resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for gin is a plus
